Minimix Northeast is not your average ready mixed concrete specialist – we pride ourselves on being independent and dedicated to the local area. Established in 1991, we have a built a strong reputation for quality materials delivered promptly. Along with our sister company – Heritage Driveways – we are also the market leaders in the North East for pattern imprinted concrete.
We manufacture, supply, and install all grades of concrete.The Minimix team can also offer both barrowing and pumping services, and we are the only concrete supplier in the area to offer a supply and lay service without the use of sub-contractors.

And because we are an independently owned operation we can also provide bespoke concrete solutions, expertly tailored to meet our clients’ specific requirements.

Our knowledge and expertise also extends to our fully computerised plant, which is capable of manufacturing over 120 cubic metres per hour. Each batch is recorded via our computer system, which means we can trace back the exact quantities of each component which made up the concrete years later.

Minimix is a rapidly growing company with customers ranging from small builders to large civil contractors, many of whom have grown with us. As we continue to develop and improve our operations we have implemented a quality assurance programme that includes achieving ISO9001, CHAS accreditation and becoming part of Constructionline.
We only use the finest quality raw materials including quarried as opposed to sea dredged aggregates and high quality Portland cement. In combination with the fact that we do not use cheaper fillers we ensure consistent colour and quality. In addition our plant weighs and measures specific quantities in line with British standard BS8500-2:2006.
